Workshop topics will range from specific DRL policies that govern programming to the mechanics of the application process itself.

Representatives from a number of DRL offices will lead discussions and be available to answer applicant questions. To register for the workshop, or to begin the grant application process, please visit www.state.gov and search for the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor Office.
