The goal of Missouri’s Health and Educational Facilities Authority is to make health and educational services in Missouri more affordable by providing access to low-cost financing. The Authority seeks high-quality, readily available funding for initiatives such as the School District Advance Funding Program.
Since 1985, the School District Advance Funding Program has helped to provide Missouri school districts and community colleges with revenue to cover funding gaps that arise during the fiscal year. The structured financing program offers schools the advantage of low interest rates and shared costs of issuance. Participants also have the security of easy access to funds should an unforeseen budget deficit occur.
